Mr. Ole Imsland

The Managing Director, Mr. Ole Imsland, has experience from constructing hydroelectric power plants in Norway. Before joining the hydroelectric industry Mr. Imsland oversaw the construction of ships for clients in 22 countries.

Mr. Terence Modebe

Former executive banker. Successful investor having in the last 4 years built one of the largest oil services companies in Nigeria having in 2006 a turnover of US 38 Million.

Mr Kai Larsen

Investor with a passion for Nigeria. Former local politician in Norway. International Auditor.

Dr. Aako Ugbabe

Has a PhD in atomic physics, and sporadic experience in the field of hydro power since 1969. Former technical board member on NEPA (the Nigerian State electrical company).
